After 10 years of PEAK, we’re refreshing our name and organizational principles. While we remain committed to building community in the Indiana Uplands region, we found that it added some confusion to our name, Uplands PEAK Sanctuary. Our PEAK acronym stands for “People, Earth, and Animals in kinship” and we’re embracing that with our new name: PEAK Animal Sanctuary!

We’re excited to kick off another decade with this renewed commitment to our foundational focus on People, Earth, and Animals in Kinship, and we’re so grateful to each one of you who makes this work possible!
